United – UX Redesign (Member Dashboard)

The wireframes shown here introduce the concept of a member dashboard which was absent at the time this study was conducted. The member dashboard would provide logged-in users with pertinent information regarding flights, flight history, rewards points and mileage along with partner marketing and loyalty program incentives.

The redesign of for my graduate project but in the context of Ubiquitous IA, where the entire user experience is continuous and felt seamlessly across the physical and interactive spaces.
