United – UX Redesign (Member Dashboard – B)

Member Dashboard B includes account information for those users who are not members of United’s Loyalty program, but have booked a flight and registered on Information is very general in nature and marketing is filtered to users at this level.

The redesign of for my graduate project but in the context of Ubiquitous IA, where the entire user experience is continuous and felt seamlessly across the physical and interactive spaces.
